Since registering as an architect in 1994, Zack worked on prestigious projects for some of the foremost European architects including the new Department of Health and Social Security with Hopkins Architects; and the British Embassy in Moscow with ABK. Zack established Team2 Architects in 2003 to pursue his desire to create a design oriented and egalitarian practice which would produce architecture of the highest standard as well as providing a supportive and enjoyable work environment. Zack is involved in all projects in the office from inception to completion irrespective of size or sector. This attention to detail and team approach characterises the Team2 ethos.

After graduating from Oxford Brookes University in 1994, Richard spent ten years at Squire and Partners in London working on numerous prestigious projects including the Hurlingham Club, West India Quay Docklands Development and The One Tower Bridge Development adjacent to the world heritage site of the iconic London landmark. Richard went on to establish his own practice in the UK for a number of years before relocating with his young family to Sydney in 2011. After three years at WMK Architecture and delivering another prestigious landmark residential development, this time in Sydney, Richard has brought his considerable residential and large-scale development experience to Team2. Richard oversees projects both in Australia and overseas including working in collaboration with Squire and Partners to deliver a number of high-profile luxury residential developments.
