Merrylands Road Aged Care

Team2 developed the concept design for a new independent aged care residence in Merrylands from the outset, culminating in a DA submission to Cumberland City Council, which was approved in 2019. The project delivered a state-of-the-art 21st-century facility, thoughtfully designed to accommodate approximately 120 resident rooms seamlessly integrated with spacious communal areas. The design prioritised comfort, wellbeing, and social engagement, featuring modern amenities and flexible spaces that foster a vibrant community lifestyle.

 

Set on a generous suburban site, the residence was surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, providing residents with tranquil outdoor spaces for recreation and relaxation.
