The masterplan proposals for Calvary Kooyong feature a purpose-designed Integrated Health precinct that incorporates the latest and most progressive "Aging in Place" concepts from Europe and around the world.
Team2 were involved from masterplanning through to DA, and undertook the Peer Review process. This city-block-sized development in Caulfield South includes an eight-storey and a ten-storey building, offering 70 supported living units and a state-of-the-art residential aged care facility with 110 beds.
The development also includes new Neuro and Palliative Care hospital facilities, a central services and retail hub, an acute dementia care wing, and end-of-life care facilities.
