San Antonio Da Padova Nursing Home
Team2 have been engaged by the San Antonio board since 2016 to deliver a number of upgrades and extensions to the nursing village.
The main extension completed in 2017 comprised 63 new residential suites, residents lounges, dining rooms, prayer room, hairdresser, media room and a new entrance foyer and café. Set within landscaped grounds, there are a number of external terraces for residents to enjoy.
A further refurbishment completed in 2020 included the creation of a specialist dementia wing, the main kitchen upgrades and the placement of a new glass lift connecting 3 levels of residents rooms within one of the landscaped courtyards.
The latest stage of proposals includes an interiors refurbishment of the original 50 residents suites, lounges and recreation spaces. Work is anticipated to be underway in 2023.
Further proposals are being prepared for the possible expansion of the facility and designs are anticipated to be completed late 2023.
