San Antonio Da Padova Nursing Home

Team2 were principle architects on the new RAC facility for San Antonio Da Padova which comprises 63 state of the art residential suites, residents lounges, dining room, prayer room, hairdressers and a media room, and was completed in 2017 with Adco Construction. 

Set within landscaped grounds there are a number of external terraces for residents to enjoy. 

Stage II proposals include the refurbishment of the existing 50 ageing in place residents suites and support spaces together with a new three storey wing. 

Team2 were also engaged for Stage III upgrade works including a new dementia wing, feature glass lift installation, and kitchen upgrades, completed in late 2020.
