Team2 were appointed by SHMH Group for the design and delivery of the mixed use development known as 'Vantage' in the Sydney suburb of Eastwood.
The 5-storey development contains 54 apartments with 4 retail tenancies at the ground floor. There is a central landscaped atrium providing light and natural ventilation into the heart of the building A huge roof terrace complete with pergolas, seating, barbeque facilities and planting, provides generous residents amenity with stunning district views.
The building includes a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments and provides an extension to the Eastwood Village shopping precinct. Novati builders completed the project in 2018.
