Surf Parade, Surfers Paradise

Team2 were initially tasked with designing a 300 bed Japanese ‘pod’ style hostel for a corner site in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, QLD. As the client developed their interest in this site, the scheme evolved into a 10 storey mixed use development 420+ room Hostel / Hotel, with shared co-working space and meeting rooms.
