New Life, Bondi Junction

Set behind a retained heritage façade dating back to the early 1900’s, New Life Bondi Junction is a stunning residential development comprising 62 luxury apartments set within a 13-storey tower, located in th heart of Bondi Junction.

Team2 were appointed by TWT to develop a concept by MHNDU for the site and to deliver the landmark residential development which includes a 6-storey basement for parking, storage and service areas, ground floor food and beverage tenancy, first floor serviced apartments and residents private roof top amenities.

The project was completed in 2020 by Parkview Constructions.
