The Mill

Team2 Interiors were engaged by Universal Hotel Group as the lead design consultant to develop branding standards and design guidelines for interior fit-out and refurbishment works to be rolled out across the group's multiple hospitality venues. 

Gastro-pub ‘The Mill’ in Bondi Junction was completed late 2020 and features a beautifully detailed bold marble bar as the centre piece to the new pub. A variety of seating arrangements allows flexible dining and drinking experiences including the open plan sports bar and more concealed dining spaces to co-exist. The heritage façade that partly fronts the venue has been restored to its stunning former glory and many of the original brick walls have been retained as internal features within the pub. A new VIP suite is also accommodated in the venue with its own exclusive access off the main street.

Rustic textures are paired with natural timbers and leathers to provide customers a modern and sophisticated tavern-like experience.
