Sydney Metro Offices, St Marys

Commissioned by Transport NSW, Team2 were engaged to undertake designs for a new office facility in St Marys to accommodate project teams working on the delivery of the new Sydney Metro.

The proposed office building will accommodate approximately 200 staff in the Sydney Metro and Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance (SSTOM) divisions. The different departments have separate tenancies within the building and share a number of common facilities including a reception area, waiting, drop in desks, meeting rooms, break out spaces and a large shared lunch area.  The concept of the tenancy layouts was to deliver activity based working (ABW) solutions and offer a variety of settings in which to work.

Completion is anticipated in 2023.
