Mona Vale Golf Club

Team2 Interiors were engaged by the Mona Vale Golf Club to undertake the interior design and delivery aspects of the Clubs refurbishment works.

Maximizing the club's stunning seaside location was at the forefront of Team2’s design.  A large outdoor seating area was proposed that captures fantastic views over the course and coastline whilst integrating seamlessly with the existing course and structure. Work also involved an interim plan, minimising interruption to members during construction which included temporary facilities for the kitchen, amenities and offices.

Inspired by the glow of the sunrise falling on the club’s natural surroundings - the sea, the sand and the terrain; this scheme aims to create a light and earthy palette, with elements of subtle texture. Hints of MVGC’s navy blue are introduced through the feature carpets, providing complimentary depth throughout the scheme. Creating a luxurious member experience is at the forefront of our design. Through the use of high-quality finishes, we have created an inviting space for MVGC members to unwind and recoup after a long day on the course. 

The Interior finishes were selected to connect to the sand and the ocean adjacent the venue. Textures were introduced to add depth to the interiors, with brass features, timber, luxurious carpets, organic shaped crazy pave tiles and calming colours create a quiet luxury.
