Team2 were commissioned to provide designs for a resort style mixed use development at a prestigious waterfront site in Redcliffe, Queensland. 

Proposals included two 12-storey towers containing 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residential apartments as well as serviced apartments, hotel rooms and suites. 
The landscaped setting at the podium level houses the vibrant hotel, offering various food and beverage options as well as a popular entertainment venue. 

Boutique retail outlets are also located at the ground floor level, above the basement carpark.
