Crown Plaza Sydney, Darling Harbour
Team2 Architects were delighted to be appointed for the delivery of this prestigious project in the heart of Sydney’s CBD by SHOKAI Ausbao.
The City of Sydney competition winning scheme by Smart Design Studio contained a 26 storey brick structure which has a 4-Star 150-bed Crowne Plaza Hotel located in the lower 9 floors with 100 apartments occupying the upper 15 storeys. Team2 undertook design development, co-ordiantion and delivery on site with Parkview Constructions.
Team2 Interiors were also appointed to the project to design, develop, document and deliver the interiors component for Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), the operators of the hotel. As well as guest rooms, the scope included guest corridors, the guest gym, restaurant, public bar and guest lobbies. Works were completed on site with Parkview in 2020.
