Club Marconi Masterplan

Team2 were appointed by Club Marconi to undertake a series of masterplanning options for the future growth upgrades and diversification of the Club. 

Various options were investigated and clear stages were set to include refurbishment and new works of the entertainment and function precinct, new food courts, sports facility expansions, commercial and medical opportunities, on site retirement living village and a hotel set within a landscaped setting, connected directly to the Club.

A series of milestones were agreed to form a pathway for the Club to execute over a 20 – 25-year period, and these were integrated into the final masterplanning proposals.

We look forward to how the masterplanning and expansion of the club will unfold over the coming years.
