Macarthur Sports & Community Club Masterplan

Team2 were appointed by Club Marconi to undertake a site wide masterplan for the site they had recently acquired for a new sports & community club facility in Narellan.

Located on the boundary of the new Narellan Sports Hub in Camden Council, the site was a perfect location to offer complimentary services that could be utilised by the entire community. In addition to a new sport and recreation club providing food and beverage offerings, the masterplan contained proposals for a hotel, aged care facilities, childcare, a gym and extensive parking within a landscaped setting.

The DA submitted to Council included detailed designs for a new club, gym and the masterplan for the entire area.
