Calvary Kooyong Hospital Masterplan

Masterplan proposals for Calvary Kooyong included a purpose designed Integrated Health precinct, taking the latest and most progressive concepts in the Ageing in Place ethos from Europe and around the world, and combining them into a city block sized development in Caulfield South, VIC.

Accommodation includes an eight and a ten-storey building comprising 70 supported living units, a 110 bed state of the art residential aged care facility, new hospital Neuro and Palliative Care facilities and a central services and retail hub. Services also include acute dementia care wing and end of life facilities.
