Mantra Hotel
Team2 were approached to develop concept designs for a new hotel in Western Sydney.
Initial proposals included a ground floor food and beverage tenancy, first floor function suites, 150 guest bedrooms, serviced apartments and roof top guest amenities including a bar, gym and pool.
Various feasibilities were developed with different operators including Accor and IHG. Options in floorplate efficiencies were explored by varying the hotel positioning, room sizes and bedroom and suite mixes.
