Windgap Foundation

Team2 were commissioned by the Windgap Foundation to provide a new flagship facility at their Eastlakes site. The existing facilities were dated and in need of upgrading across the board. The opportunity to amalgamate some of their services was also considered in the proposed re-design.

The proposals included designs for new administration offices and meeting rooms for the Windgap staff, flexible day / activity spaces, semi commercial kitchens which allow for training classes, indoor and outdoor dining areas and new toilets and storage areas. 

A comprehensive review of the external planning was undertaken to include a variety of recreational areas, consolidated and efficient car parking and bus drop off zones together with appropriate perimeter security, all within a landscaped setting.
