Team2 partnered with Celestino and Tzannes Associates to prepare a staged masterplan with widespread use of Mass Timber Construction Methodologies' Glue-Lam Timber and inclusion of Green Roofs and Solar Systems in a highly permeable environment. 

Later stages of the development have been designed to include a mental health facility, a day hospital and a HealthOne Facility for the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBM LHD).
