Sydney Science Park is a $5bn mixed use 'smart city' that it is envisioned will become an epicentre for research, innovation, education and commercialisation at the heart of Western Sydney.
Team2 were invited by Celestino to partner with Tzannes Associates to prepare the staged masterplan with widespread use of Mass Timber Construction Methodologies' Glue-Lam Timber and inclusion of Green Roofs and Solar Systems in a highly permeable environment.
Later stages of the development have been designed to include a mental health facility, a day hospital and a HealthOne Facility for the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBM LHD).
