Palm, Cronulla

Team2 has been appointed by Versatile Construction to lead the design development and construction documentation for ‘Palm’, a luxury apartment development in Cronulla.

Located on a premium coastal site opposite Cronulla Park, the project represents another landmark addition to Sammut Group’s portfolio of high-end residential developments, with the original DA prepared by PBD Architects.

Team2 brings extensive experience in delivering technically complex, design-led projects. Our role involves refining and resolving the approved design into fully coordinated, buildable documentation that supports efficient and high-quality delivery on site.

Construction is currently underway, with project completion scheduled for late 2026.
