Liverpool Private Hospital
Team2 was engaged in early 2020 to plan and design a private healthcare facility in Sydney's western suburbs.
The proposed facility, spanning 23,000m², includes over ten storeys, retail spaces, patient rooms, surgery departments, and oncology departments.
Team2 worked closely with urban designers and planners to ensure the building complemented the surrounding area while meeting the highest sustainable design standards.
Functionality was also a key consideration, with the basement housing loading docks and back-of-house areas, freeing up the ground floor for retail and end-of-trip facilities.
Overcoming challenges such as building height encroachment, Team2 collaborated with consultants, clients, and project management to achieve a mutually beneficial resolution.
