Prince Of Wales Private Hospital
Healthscope appointed Team2 to refurbish the existing Prince of Wales Private Hospital Maternity Ward.
The design brief included a complete renovation of 32 post-natal ward bedrooms and en-suites, corridors, staff areas, and shared facilities. The scope also included refurbishment of the Level 6 foyer and Delivery Suite hallways. The brief was to transform the existing Maternity ward from a drab and tired space into a 'luxury 5-star hotel' look and feel, without jeopardising the medical requirements or functionality of the space.
All ward upgrades have been conducted within a live hospital environment, utilising a multi-staged approach to maintain patient safety and infection control.
