Marsden Park Housing Masterplan

Team2 were appointed by BHL Group for proposals to investigate masterplan options for a large housing development in Marsden Park.

A number of modular housing typologies were investigated to give options for detached, semi-detached and attached terraces for the site. Team2 has drawn on their considerable modular building experience in developing a typology that can be rolled out across the site.
