Harris Street, Ultimo

Team2 were appointed by Citi 100 for the design development and delivery of this commercial building in the Sydney suburb of Pyrmont.

The proposed building footprint which was only 20m wide but 70m long contained a concealed car park, bookended at each street frontage by retail tenancies. The top two floors ran the full length of the site and provided 2,000m2 of premium grade commercial space and below the carpark provided six levels of car parking for the warehouse adjacent. 

The heritage listed warehouse, an original woolstore dating back to the 1890’s, was owned by the same client but formed a separate project and was converted into 14,500m2 of stunning commercial offices, interconnected at a number of levels to the car park.
