Harcourt Road Industrial Estate
Team2 were appointed by Goodman to propose an upgrade to the aesthetics of the existing industrial estate, located in Alexandria.
Designs included the painting of the existing masonry across all the buildings in a unifying dark colour which created a visually strong background for tenant and estate signage. Super-graphics were utilised for the numbering of the various units and external feature colours were utilised for the doors and roller shutters to individual tenancies.
