Team2 were engaged by Goodman to reposition the existing high tech industrial estate as part of an ongoing upgrade and refurbishment programme.  
 
Team2 proposed a series of bold interventions including a striking external recladding system, a new mezzanine level to provide additional front of house floor area for a new tenant, and a reimagined landscape intervention to provide DDA access to a currently noncompliance building approach.
