Holroyd Distribution Centre

Following a fire in 2010, Team2 Architects were commissioned to provide services to assist in the rebuild of the distribution complex, including warehouse and office spaces. 

The structural steel portal framed warehouse, split into two tenancies, was formed with full height precast concrete walls, creating some 15,000m2 of useable floor space.
