Hammond Care Dementia Day Centre

Team2 was commissioned to develop a prototype for a 'social centre' designed to provide day and overnight respite care for dementia residents. 

The concept is a modular building that can be easily integrated into any existing Hammond Care site, offering various configurations to meet the unique needs and requirements of each location.
