ANU Clinical Training Facility
Team2 was appointed by NSW Health Infrastructure and the Australian National University to design the new Clinical Training Facility in Goulburn.
As one of the final buildings constructed as part of the Goulburn Hospital redevelopment, the facility was designed on a very tight part of the site due to spatial and operational constraints from the Final Works programme.
The new facility includes teaching, simulation, administrative, and community spaces, with a transparent design showcasing the diverse range of activities that take place within.
Located opposite a public school, the facility aims to inspire students to pursue careers in medicine.
A new public space has been created at the entrance, featuring a walkway designed in collaboration with local Indigenous artists.
