Croydon Street, Lakemba

This proposed residential development is set within the centre of Lakemba and a few minutes walk from the train station. 

Team2 have been appointed for the design, documentation and delivery of the 144 apartments including basement car parking and landscaped communal gardens. The development consists of three separate blocks that are individually designed, but relate to one another as a development family. 

Currently with City of Canterbury Bankstown Council, we are hoping to see the delivery of this project in late 2024.
