Butu Wargun Dr, Pemulwuy

Butu Wargun is a new residential development totalling over 300 apartments across 7 separate pavilions nestled into the landscape at Pemulwuy.

Team2 Architects have been appointed for the design, documentation and delivery of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and townhouses including basement car parking and landscaped communal gardens. Team2 Interiors have also been appointed for the design, documentation and delivery of all apartment and townhouse interiors.

Work is planned to commence on site in late 2023.
