Developed by Sekisui House, it comprises new homes, retail spaces, parks, and open spaces. Part of an original masterplan and DA by AJC, Team2 was commissioned to develop Stage 4 of the project, delivering over 400 apartments and a variety of retail areas across 6 separate buildings in richly landscaped settings.
