Beleura Private Hospital
Team2 was engaged for the planning and delivery phases of a new 30-bed rehabilitation unit, including a patient gym, physiotherapy area, and hydrotherapy pool at Beleura Private Hospital in Victoria. The hydrotherapy and gym complex included staff and patient locker and change facilities.
Team2 continued with Phase 2, which involved a new Mental Health extension comprising 32 new ward rooms, including high dependency units, and 16 drug and alcohol ward rooms. The design incorporates two elevated patient courtyards, patient lounges, and a new day program.
Team2 managed the planning process for all works at Beleura, as well as the community consultation evenings, which we attended on behalf of Ramsay Health Care.
