Team2 has been appointed by Capital Corporation for the design development, documentation, and delivery of this exceptional development of residential pavilions containing 178 apartments, located in Wahroonga on Sydney’s Upper North Shore.
Situated within an area known as The Wahroonga Estate, this new residential development is designed to complement the surrounding leafy bushland with a sympathetic and varied architectural aesthetic that creates a visually interesting and contemporary development. The four pavilions and new access road are elegantly positioned between several existing Estate buildings, including a community centre, church, future school area, and sports playing fields.
