Seniors Living, Club Marconi
Team2 were commissioned by Club Marconi to undertake designs for a new Seniors Living community on the grounds of the existing Club at Bossley Park.
Ideally located adjacent to an existing aged care village, the seniors living development would offer much needed seniors accommodation within the Bossley Park community.
Team2 delivered the site compatibility certificate for the site (SCC) and the designs for the development included 98 luxurious seniors living apartments, including one, two and three bedroom self-contained dwellings in five detached pavilions set within beautifully landscaped gardens.
