Team2 Architects were appointed by Richard Crookes Constructions to assist with the delivery of this project on a site in Terrey Hills.
Team2’s principle role was as architectural advisor in terms of compliance with SEPP Seniors requirements, detail development and resolution, buildability issues and co-ordination with other disciplines.
The project comprises a single storey basement which spans the entire site for car parking, containing 120 car parking spaces. At ground floor level there are 7 two-storey town houses in a single terrace and a further 43 apartments in seven detached pavilions.
