Team2 were appointed by Richard Crookes Constructions to assist with the delivery of this project located in Terry Hills.
Team2’s principle role in this project was as architectural advisors in terms of compliance with SEPP Seniors requirements, detail development and resolution, buildability issues and co-ordination with other disciplines.
The project comprises a single storey basement which spans the entire site for car parking. At ground floor level there are 7 two-storey town houses in a single terrace and a further 43 apartments in seven detached pavilions.
