Commissioned by Dragon Boats NSW, Team2 designed a new boat storage and administrative headquarters located in Sydney’s Blackwattle Bay Marina.

The proposals include boat storage, changing rooms and amenities; administrative offices including meeting rooms, staff amenities and break out spaces; and external storage areas for equipment and boats within a landscaped setting, maximising car parking opportunities. 

A large external terrace complete with a stunning timber pergola structure is located between the administrative offices and the boat shed which offers crews and spectators a fabulous amenity area.
