Mount Sinai College

Team2 was invited to prepare a series of CGI images and animated flypasts for the proposed Arts Extension at Mount Sinai College in Maroubra. The new facility comprises dedicated arts and music classrooms, recording studios, flexible open learning spaces, and childcare facilities, forming a dynamic addition to the existing campus.

Our scope involved careful design interpretation and refinement to accurately communicate the architectural intent. We developed white card models for client review to test form, scale, and key spatial relationships prior to producing high-resolution visualisations that articulated materiality, light, and context.
In addition, Team2 delivered a photo-realistic fly-through animation to showcase the new building and its integration within the campus environment, supporting the College’s marketing initiatives.
