Keira Place is a landmark mixed-use residential development in Wollongong for Urban Property Group, bringing together contemporary living, retail activation and public domain outcomes within a prominent urban setting. 
Originally approved under a Development Application prepared by COX Architecture, Team2 Architects were subsequently appointed to lead the project through Design Development, consultant coordination, construction documentation and on-site delivery.
Working closely with the client, consultant team and contractor, Team2’s has been refining and realising the approved vision through a highly coordinated and buildable design response, ensuring quality outcomes across all stages of delivery.
