Church + Bourke

Team2 Architects were engaged to deliver remediation works at this residential building in Mascot, Sydney. Church & Bourke is a mixed-use community in the heart of Mascot, now undergoing extensive rectification and remediation works to safeguard long-term quality and value, in bringing this building back to life.

Team2 are part of the rectification team providing detailed design and documentation for all the refurbishment works, including an entirely new façade to give the building a new look and feel. Team2 interiors have also been appointed to refresh 125 apartments as part of the upgrade.
