Brooks, Jordan Springs
Completed in February 2023, Brooks is the latest addition to the Laundy Hotel Group portfolio, providing a new neighbourhood tavern for the developing Jordan Springs area.
Team2's design is a contemporary take on a traditional barn, which allowed the team to have a lot of fun with design elements such as materiality and colour. The tavern features a main bar with bistro style dining, indoor and outdoor beer gardens and a large sports and TAB area. The inclusion of a fantastic outdoor children's play area provides entertainment for the whole family.
