Box Hill Town Centre

Team2 were engaged as the architects, interior designers, and lead consultants for the landmark Box Hill Town Centre project, a major mixed-use development set to become the retail and hospitality heart of the new Box Hill precinct.
The development includes over 665 residential apartments and approximately 23,000 sqm of retail space, anchored by a 4,000 sqm Coles supermarket. The project is designed as a vibrant urban hub, integrating residential, retail, and public spaces.
The architectural form consists of nine distinct residential pavilions, each with a shared language yet unique character strategically positioned above a large ground-level retail precinct. This sits atop two levels of basement car parking, seamlessly integrating functionality with a strong urban design response.
