BlueCross Scotchmans Creek
Team2 worked in collaboration with BlueCross and Johnstaff to re-design a new cladding system replacing non-compliant facades at this aged care residence in Melbourne's Mount Waverley suburb.
The recladding works consisted of a large 3 storey building with a mix of cladding types; brick veneer, rendered EPS and ACP cladding. Team2 provided consultancy services co-ordinating and documenting the new facades which were completed on site in 2022.
