Team2 have previously undertaken a cladding replacement project at Scotchman’s Creek Aged Care Facility arising from our early goodwill work with BlueCross and Johnstaff to propose suitable alternative cladding products to replace the existing non-compliant cladding.
The Scotchmans Creek Recladding works consisted of a large 3 storey aged care facility with a mix of cladding types; brick veneer, rendered EPS and ACP cladding.
Team2 were engaged initially to consult on a Building Notice and Order to replace the combustible cladding (EPS & ACP), then later engaged to provide documentation.
