Blue Cross Karinya Grove
Team2 Architects were appointed by Johnstaff for the Karinya Grove upgrade works which included the replacement of areas of non-compliant EPS & ACP cladding.
In addition to the redesign and documentation works or the recladding, Team2 worked in collaboration with BlueCross for the refurbishment of 15 rooms residents suites including bedrooms and ensuites, specification of all new fixtures and fittings, as well as a review of the current building layout to explore opportunities for additional rooms.
