Beleura Hospital Refurbishment & OT Extension

Team2 were engaged by Erilyan to assist with Architecture and Interior Design services for an ECI Design and Construct Stage 3 expansion and refurbishment of Ramsay Health Care’s, Beleura Private Hospital in Mornington VIC. The Hospital has played a significant role in providing premium healthcare services to meet the needs of the Mornington Peninsula community since 1969.

Recently completed, the works included a complex multistage design and construction methodology to deal with challenging existing and to remain conditions to incrementally deliver areas within the new and existing footprint to ensure a continuous sterile health service could operate throughout.

The recent works include a new Day Surgery intake and Pre Op holding, x2 new and x4 refurbished Operating Theatres, new and expanded CSSD, and expanded Stage 1 – 3 Recovery, various upgrades to adjacent surgical wards, back of house, support spaces and overhaul of existing plant and site HVAC. The new and expanded service will be able to provide for the changing and growing health demands of the Peninsula community for the future
