Beach Parade, Canton Beach

Located adjacent to the Canton Beach Foreshore on the NSW Central Coast, this proposed residential development comprises 40 large 2 and 3 bedroom apartments together with 4 ground floor retail tenancies, set within a beach-side landscaped setting.

Team2 were commissioned by The Bathla Group for the design and delivery of the project which is currently under consideration with the Central Coast Council.

The design is shaped by its beach location and maximises apartment aspects with water views wherever possible. The fresh and contemporary palette of materials give a cool beach vibe to the architecture grounding the building in its context.

Delivery of the project is expected to be underway in late 2023.
