The project comprises 264 apartments across four mid-rise buildings above a retail podium anchored by a Coles supermarket. Located on the former Auburn RSL site, the development integrates residential, retail, and communal amenities within a cohesive urban precinct.
The project has an approved DA prepared by Rothelowman, with Team2 Architects appointed to lead the design development, coordination, documentation, and delivery phases in collaboration with the client and builder. The design features a brick podium with articulated tower forms above, landscaped communal areas, and activated street frontages addressing environmental and flood considerations.
