Team2 were appointed by Shokai Ausbao for the design development and delivery of this fabulous residential project in the leafy suburbs of Pymble on Sydney's Upper North Shore.
The project included the design and construction of 168 apartments accommodated in three separate pavilions of five, six and seven storeys, complete with a huge stepped basement for car parking and plant servicing the development. The existing heritage listed house on the site was retained and restored to accommodate the residents community facilities including a gym, library and entrainment areas as well as a managers suite.
The development is set within a wonderfully landscaped setting and the project was completed on site in 2018.
