HealthOne Green Square Wins Master Builder Awards
HealthOne Green Square has won the Master Builder Awards in the Construction-Commercial Health Buildings (New) category. Team2 served as the head design consultant for this project located at 944 Bourke Street, Green Square.
HealthOne is a purpose-built community health facility with consultation rooms, treatment rooms, meeting rooms, and a therapy gymnasium. The building's facade features glazed brickwork at ground level and a sawtooth detail and stack work pattern brickwork for the first-floor facade. The project faced challenges due to the site's constraints, including its former status as a petrol station and proximity to roads and neighboring buildings. Lipman Pty Ltd overcame these challenges with temporary Class B hoardings and a mobile crane for materials handling. Despite the difficulties, the project was completed efficiently and professionally, resulting in a high-quality outcome.
