Hammond Greens Display Suite.
Located on the 15th floor of a high-rise office building in Chatswood, sits the LFD Development Display Suite. Overlooking the site for the upcoming Apartment block.
The Brief for the display unit for the Hammond Greens development was to create a luxury experience, a journey which leads the buyer to the ultimate showcase of the new apartments.
Using materials from the Apartments the whole display showcases the finishes and textures for Hammond Greens designed by fjcstudio. Utilising custom oversized lounge furniture with a wool rug, adds depth and contrast to the living area. Boucle fabric, velvet, timber, marble, wallpaper, brass and plants, were added to the interior creating a layering of warmth and texture. The selection of books, candles, vases, marble accessories, timber chopping boards and Aesop products also soften the space.
The layout is flexible to allow for multiple purchaser groups to all utilize the space at the same time. Acoustic ceiling treatments above the sales zone allow for additional added privacy for purchaser negotiations.
