Luxury Retirement Living Realised at Newgreens Chatswood

We’re pleased to share the completion of Watermark Residences at Newgreens Chatswood, a luxury retirement living community delivered by Pariter and Watermark Living at Chatswood Golf Club, with the overall masterplan led by Marchese Partners.

As part of the development, a new clubhouse has been delivered for the club, incorporating a café, wellness centre, cinema, function room, pro shop, and a top-floor restaurant and bar with sweeping views across the fairways.

Team2 Interiors was engaged to realise the interior vision, building on the original concept design by internationally renowned designer Nic Graham.
